India’s Prime Minister visited Brazil and was conferred the country’s highest civilian honour—the Grand Collar of the National Order of the Southern Cross.
The visit reaffirmed India-Brazil Strategic Partnership (est. 2006) and outlined five key priority pillars to deepen ties.
India will host the 18th BRICS Summit in 2026 after attending the 17th BRICS Summit in Rio de Janeiro.
